Mr. Sol Levitin is a seasoned real estate professional with a strong development, asset management, financing, acquisitions, and dispositions experience which he gained while working with leading real estate owner-operators, developers, and investment advisory firms. He brings to the table a diverse asset management experience looking after portfolios comprised of office, retail, residential, and industrial properties. Responsibilities included a broad range of functions from developing leasing strategy and lease negotiations, to reinforcing property management, preparation of operating and capital budgets, property evaluation, disposition of assets, deploying capital, overseeing design and construction, and dealing with partnership accounting and reporting. 

This experience is complemented by a solid background in design and construction following a successful career as a consulting engineer working for leading M/E/P/FP firms. Some of the companies Mr. Levitin worked for include the Kaufman Organization (owner of Kaufman Astoria Studios, among other assets), Torchlight Investors, LLC, Silverstein Properties and Flack+Kurtz Consulting Engineers. In addition, he earned a Master of Science at NYU's Real Estate Institute, is a licensed Engineer in the State of New York and is fluent in Russian, Hebrew, and French.
